Dr. Lee Jia Wen is a consultant anaesthesiologist and clinical educator at the University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC). She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Master of Anaesthesiology (M.Anaes), both awarded by the University of Malaya.  

Dr. Lee has completed her specialized training, including:

1.​Clinical Fellowship in Neuro-Anaesthesia and Neuro-Intensive Care Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore (2025), where she focused on the management of complex neurological cases.  

  1. ​Fellowship in Emergency and Critical Care Ultrasound (WINFOCUS) (2023), enhancing her skills in point-of-care ultrasound 
  2. ​Postgraduate course in organ donation through the EU-ODISSEA program (2020). 

Her primary clinical focus lies in the application of multimodal neuromonitoring and Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) to guide advanced resuscitation and optimize perioperative care. Her dedicated service to her institution has been recognized with the Excellent Service Award from UMMC in both 2019 and 2024.
